Become a member of the very first equestrian team here at Ave Maria University!
Contact head coach Katie O'Hare for more information on AMU Equestrian. Tryouts are held on a monthly basis.
Joining the Ave Maria Equestrian Team is a great way to make contacts in both academic and equestrian circles, exercise team-building and problem-solving skills, and participate in one of the most challenging and rewarding experiences of your college career (and possibly your life). It will teach you not only about horses, equitation, and competition, but also about responsibility, teamwork and self-discipline. By joining the team, you are entering into a whole new world; a fascinating sub-culture of international proportions and one of the oldest sports in the world.
