Football Adds Three More Verbal Commitments
Three more players have verbally committed to play for AMU: Corey Smith, Jim Hartung, and Matt Novak

Corey Smith, Jim Hartung, and Matt Novak have verbally committed to play football for Ave Maria University.

Quarterback Matt Novak from Barron Collier High School in Naples is the most recent verbal committment. Corey Smith, a defensive back, verbally committed on May 12th. He is from Tarpon Springs, Florida and played for Tarpon Springs High School. Jim Hartung of Sandy Valley, Nevada verbally committed on May 11th. He is an offensive lineman.

This brings the Gyrenes' total verbal committments to twelve along with one signed player, wide receiver Daniel Mervos.
