Brian Jamison enters his first year as assistant basketball coach for the Ave Maria University Men’s Basketball team. Brian graduated from Trevecca Nazarene University with a major in sport management and a minor in religion.

Brian's basketball career started at Ezell Harding Christian High School in Nashville, Tennessee where he won a TSSAA state championship his senior year. During his collegiate career at Free Will Baptist College, Brian was team captain his junior and senior years. He was also awarded second team all conference junior and senior years. He finished his career as the school's all-time leader in games played along with having the highest free throw percentage, and was top ten in scoring.

Brian's coaching career includes a stint as assistant coach at Trevecca Nazarene University under coach Sam Harris. He was also the head men's basketball coach at Free Will Baptist College. While he was there, they had one of their biggest recruiting classes in years.
