The Ave Maria University Men's Basketball Team played at Florida Tech in an exhibition matchup Wednesday. The Panthers defeated AMU 82-63.

Dylan Fugate led AMU with 18 points. Kiel Lewis scored 15 points on 5-10 shooting and had 4 steals in the game. Florida Tech's Simon Cummings had 27 points on the night with 3 assists and 5 steals.

The Gyrenes will continue their road trip Friday, November 27th, in Franklin Springs, Georgia when they take on Truett-McConnell College at 6 p.m. The game is part of the Emmanuel College Classic. The Gyrenes will play Emmanuel College at 2 p.m. on Saturday, and then return for a home game December 5th against Florida College at 2 p.m. in Ave Maria.
