The AMU Men's Basketball Team won on the road last Saturday against conference opponent Johnson and Wales University. Three AMU players scored double-digit points in the game.

Chris Scanlan had 12 points on 3 of 5 shooting that included a three-pointer. He was a perfect 5 for 5 at the foul line. Jimmy Torney was 3 for 7 in the field and 1 of 4 at the line to total 10 points.  Jordan Fuler also had 10 points on 3 of 7 shooting with 2 three-pointers. 

The game was evenly matched in all areas on paper with a 34-35 score at halftime. The Gyrenes were able to pull away in the end to outscore Johnson and Wales 29-25 in the second half. The final score of the game 63-60 in favor of the Gyrenes.
