Ricky Mastandrea is the 2nd student-athlete signed to play for the Gyrenes for this 09/10 season. Ricky's record includes:

• Lettered 4 years at Palmetto Ridge HS, Regional playoffs in senior year.
• Most assists for all 4 years at Palmetto Ridge HS
• Named to the Collier County All Conference Team '09, and All South Team '09
• Disney Cup International- Semifinal '07
• Weston Super Y League '06
• Trained with DC United '05
• Won starting position at IMG Academy in '03

Coach Santos-Zanelli comments: "I had the pleasure on coaching Ricky during last season at PRHS, and he had proved to me that he was a true leader on and off the field. I'm happy to have him at AMU, and I'm sure he'll adapt quickly since he is a natural athlete, and he is ready to take the next step"
