The Ave Maria University Men's Soccer team wasted no time in defeating visiting Florida College with a final score of 7-1.

With everyone contributing, the Gyrenes ended the first half winning 5-0.  Jose Jimenez scored the games first goal on an assist from Richard Mastandrea 3 minutes and 50 seconds into the game. Jimenez had two goals on the night.

Christian Paz would score next with headshot off a Miguel Vera corner kick 15 minutes later. Christian Paz had a great night on the field scoring two goals and dishing out two assists. Vera scored one goal and contributed an assist. 

Alex Komninos scored on a penalty kick to make the score 4-0, and shortly after Carlos Fuentes scored from far out to cap the first half off at 5-0.

Florida College's #8 scored the first goal of the second period to make it 5-1. Then, late additon Alberto Catullo had an assist to Paz which made it 6-1. Jose Jimenez scored the final goal to seal the win at 7-1.
