Head men’s soccer coach Tyler Rosser is proud to announce the signing of Chris Audino from St. Gregory’s Academy in Moscow, Pennsylvania.
Chris lettered for the Highlanders all four years of high school and was the starting midfielder on their district championship team. As such, he was a member on the Pennsylvania Independent Athletic Association All-District team and was ranked a top five individual for the same association during his junior and senior years. His senior year playing at St. Greg’s, he was named captain of his team. Chris played club soccer for NYELITE FC.
Coach Rosser is excited to add Chris as the seventh member of his 2010 class. Not only will he excel on soccer field, but he will also make a huge impact in the classroom as well. His athletic and academic abilities will lead him to become a huge contributor for Ave Maria University in the upcoming years. Rosser says, “Chris is a phenomenal young man. He will fit in well at Ave Maria and will be an impact player right from the start of his playing career.” Chris is thankful for the faculty and staff at St. Gregory’s Academy as well as his parents for instilling in him a hard work ethic and a desire to become an exceptional student-athlete.
