Men’s head soccer coach Tyler Rosser is proud to announce the signing of Chris Hanleck from Gateway Charter High School.

Chris boasts a very impressive resume’ including club soccer for Lehigh Lightning and San Carlos Park Scorpions. In the Disney 3 v 3 national tournament, the Lightning won second place in 2006 and 2007. They were champions of the D-3 Region C Tournament and the State Cup in 2006 as well.

In high school, Hanleck lettered at Immokalee High School for one year as a freshman and then three years for Gateway Charter High School. Chris is a very skilled player who will bring a lot of flare to Ave Maria’s midfield. Coach Rosser is excited for preseason to start to see what Hanleck can do. Chris is thankful for the opportunity to continue to play soccer at the next level.
