Pete Lesniewski is the Male Athlete of the Week for his hitting performances in the three-game series at Thomas University. The sophomore first baseman hit .667 over the weekend. He was 2-4 with 2 RBI in the Game 1 victory over the Night Hawks. In Saturday's Game 2, Lesniewski went 1-2 with a run batted in, and in Game 3 he went a perfect 3 for 3 with a run scored. Lesniewski finished the season with a team-leading .382 batting average.
