Offensive Line Coach Brad Rumsey lays a piece of sod during the four day project.

Several Ave Maria University community members joined together to complete the four day project of laying sod on the AMU Football Team's practice field. The practice field is located behind the AMU Baseball Team's practice field and near the AMU Softball Field.

The Football Team, headed by Coach Barry Fagan, now has a coaching staff of three with the additions of Offensive Line Coach Brad Rumsey and Defensive Coordinator / Defensive Backs Coach Michael Kolakowski. They have one official signee, Daniel Mervos, a wide receiver out of Cooper City High School, and five verbal committments thus far.
