The Ave Maria University Football Program has received verbal committments from Chris Fahey and Scott Ruane.

Fahey, a Danbury, Connecticut native, has verbally committed to play football at Ave Maria University. Fahey is a wide receiver from Immaculate High School.

Ruane, is from nearby Sarasota, Florida where he attends Cardinal Mooney High School. He is an offensive lineman. AMU currently has one signee, Daniel Mervos, a wide receiver. The committments of Fahey and Ruane bring the total number of football's verbal committments to nine.
