Ave Maria, FL - AMU women's soccer signs Deltona High School's Kayla Manchette to the arsenal of scoring threats for the 2011-2012 season.
The Deltona, FL native boasts an impressive soccer resume which includes Rookie Of The Year and All Conference- Honorable Mention in 2007-2008, News Journal All Area Second Team and All Conference in 2008-2009, MVP Forward and Captain with 27 goals and 20 assists for DHS in 2009-2010, and a 25 goal season her senior year with a News Journal “Player to Watch” recognition. Manchette also played club soccer with the Florida Blue G91 team which is nationally ranked for girls U-19 division and currently ranked 19th in the state of Florida.
